INGREDIENTS
- Butter Milk
- Garlic
- Green Chilli and/or red chilli powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Jimbu
PREPARATION
- Add paste of salt, garlic and mirch to the buttermilk.
- Mix well
- Heat ghee, add Jimboo
- Add the tarka wo the buttermilk
- Serve with rice, palak or any mixed sabji
