- Red Potatos
- Mustard Oil
- Jimboo
- Sabut Lal Mirch
- Mirch Powder
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Boil potatoes and cute into small pieces
- Heat mustard oil and add all the spices making sure not to burn
- Add cut potatoe and mix well.
- Serve with Poori, Halwa and Chai
- Can be served with Chai as well
