Nepali Recipe Tips - Tomato Chutney, Kala Dal & Lai Ko Subzi

 Tomato chutney - roast Lal Mirch, garlic and tomato to make chutney with Nepali taste 


Kala dal - boil with ginger. Temper with jumboo and ghee 

Lai ko subzi - use baby mustard from Lotte. Temper with ginger only. NO GARLIC
