Sauté onion and garlic chunks
Add carrot and Potatoes
Cook for bit
Add herb de Provence & salt
Sauté more. Cook until the potato is soft
A pork chunks. Cook more
Add chicken stock & cook until everything is tender. Add chopped tomatoes and Hungarian paprika and can of chickpeas.
Mash the potatoes and chickpeas a bit. Boil one more time.
Ladle soup and serve with sprinkling of chopped mint and serve with slice of 🍋
