- Heat oil and then add the ginger garlic paste
- Cook for a bit but do not let it brown
- Now add chicken/beef/mutton
- Cook till browned a bit
- Now add the sliced onions and tomatoes
- Now add Mirch, Haldi, Jeera Power and Kasthuri Methi and salt
- Mix well
- Now add the Yogurt. Do not add any water. It will cook in its own water
- Cook for 30/40 minutes.
- Once cooked - add the cut green chilli and hara dhania
