Chicken Karahi Without Water (Pakistani Style) - With Saima

  1. Heat oil and then add the ginger garlic paste
  2. Cook for a bit but do not let it brown
  3. Now add chicken/beef/mutton
  4. Cook till browned a bit
  5. Now add the sliced onions and tomatoes
  6. Now add Mirch, Haldi, Jeera Power and Kasthuri Methi and salt
  7. Mix well
  8. Now add the Yogurt. Do not add any water. It will cook in its own water
  9. Cook for 30/40 minutes. 
  10. Once cooked - add the cut green chilli and hara dhania
