Badi Elachi
Heat generous amount of add the bay leaf, cardamom, elachi - then add the goat pieces until rawness is gone. Move it to another pan.
In the same oil now add onion and cook for 20 minutes until it is carmalized well but not burnt, add tomoatos and cook it again.
In the meantime, add the goat to presusure cooker with water, two teaspoon of the goat malasa and bit of salt. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Once tomatoes are done.
