- Soak green gram over night ..
- Wash well …
- Cook for 2 whistle in medium flame by adding water and salt..
- Crush onion-chilli flakes and garlic ..
- Heat oil in a kadai ..
- Add crushed mix along with green chilli slits and curry leaves ..
- Saute till the raw smell goes ..
- Then add coconut and mix well and saute for 1 minutes ..
- Then add cooked gram and mash with the back of the spoon ..
- Mix well..
- Check the taste and adjust ..
- Cook for few minutes till we get a thick consistency ..
- Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..
- Close for 10 minutes and then serve ..
- Serve with puttu,rice ,kanji etc..
