Ingredients

Green Gram-1cup - Mung Sabut
Shallot onion-10 or Onion -1 small chopped Crushed chilli flakes-2tsp Curry leaves-2string Garlic-1-2 Coconut Oil-3tbsp Coconut grated-3tbsp Green Chilli-2 Salt- Water-1 -1 1/4cup Method

  1. Soak green gram over night ..
  2. Wash well …
  3. Cook for 2 whistle in medium flame by adding water and salt..
  4. Crush onion-chilli flakes and garlic ..
  5. Heat oil in a kadai ..
  6. Add crushed mix along with green chilli slits and curry leaves ..
  7. Saute till the raw smell goes ..
  8. Then add coconut and mix well and saute for 1 minutes ..
  9. Then add cooked gram and mash with the back of the spoon ..
  10. Mix well..
  11. Check the taste and adjust ..
  12. Cook for few minutes till we get a thick consistency ..
  13. Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..
  14. Close for 10 minutes and then serve ..
  15. Serve with puttu,rice ,kanji etc..
